I recently had the misfortune of booking a room at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. After a long and exhausting drive, I arrived at the hotel in desperate need of rest. However, what awaited me was far from a restful night.
Upon entering my room, I was horrified to find it infested with wasps. Yes, you read that right—wasps! I immediately informed the front desk, expecting them to handle the situation professionally and provide a new room. Instead, I was told there were no other rooms available and that I would just have to deal with it.
After nearly an hour of frustration and disbelief, they somehow "magically" found another room for me. Relieved, I thought the nightmare was over. But to my utter dismay, the second room was also infested with wasps! At this point, it was clear the hotel was not fit for occupancy.
Forced to leave at 4:00 AM, I had no choice but to search for another hotel in the middle of the night. This was not only incredibly inconvenient but also completely unacceptable.
I understand that sometimes things go wrong, but the lack of concern and basic customer service from this hotel was appalling. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to think twice. A hotel that can't even provide a wasp-free room shouldn't be in business! Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
