Terrible Experience
I am a loyal Gold member with you for few years under num : 50179083.
We have serious issues related to below booking. Below are number of issues faced:
1) Dishwasher never worked
2) Oven never heated - The roast for Xmas dinner was all ready and next thing we realized oven doesn’t work.
3) No Microwave which is there in even the cheapest apartment.
4) No provision for washing clothes as for 5 people for 4 nights need basic requirement. 5) Very shabby linens & towels
6) Shower cabin flooding every time any human had shower. No mop to clean apartment.
7) Guests living above us. Making noise and till 3 am. Bought it to apartment owners notice but they said it will stop. Finally it stopped only for one night when we personally went and check on them.
8) During Checkin we called on given contact number. No reply to calls. Voice notes left.
After 3 hours of waiting in -3 degrees neighbor gave our taxi driver number then were we able to enter the apartment by that time it was 8 pm which is too late by any International standards. We travelled from India & Singapore after 28 hrs flight and had to face such drama for simple checkin.
