Even though the staff were friendly, the rest was quiet disappointing. The breakfast was compared to all the other hotels in Jordan that I've stayed, very poor. Also the beds were not sleeping comfortabel, the pillows were too high for my neck. The night we arrived around 22pm, we ordered some snacks and the room service came after an hour. The next day when cleaning the room they did not clean the plates. And the shower did not had cold water, the last day we did not even had any water coming out of the shower and the toilet couldn't flush. The hotel is located at a very busy street in Aqaba, which makes it almost impossible to park the car in the evenings. I was actually disappointed in this hotel and its facilities.
