Nobody from staff speaks English. We had lots of ants in our room, and because the receptionist told me other rooms didn't have this issue, I suggested for us to transfer to another room. Instead, they sent someone to put insect poison in our room, and he put the poison everywhere, including on our bags and our clothes. The room smelt like poison and we would breathe it. I immeditally contacted expedia support, cancelled this reservation, and left the hotel.
If only they listened to me, and immeditately provided me another room to transfer, my trip would have been better.
