The people who work there are so friendly and helpful! The hotel is very clean. The area were the hotel is located isn't the cleanest but I felt very safe walking back to the hotel at night or early in the morning. I would definitely stay there again

The best way to describe the hotel would be “like staying at someone’s home.”
Staff were very nice and polite. The room was clean and had everything you need but not as new / high end as a hotel. Still better than a hostel.
I liked the breakfast pastries.
The surrounding area felt safe as there were many hotels, but was very noisy as it was close to a busy junction.

Spotless room , decent size .Simple breakfast with great service. All staff very friendly , Fabio was very welcoming and very enthusiastic about his city , gave us tips and information to help us get the best out of our trip.

I have big apprecaition for the staff, especially, the person present at the reception. Secondly it is well connected with the local transport system.
Only, negative point that I would like to mention is about the size of the bathroom that certainly is little bit uncomfortable.
On the whole, I recommend this hotel with maximum of 9 out of 10 points

Hotel was basic. Area was terrible with prostitutes on the next street and did not feel safe at all. Breakfast was limited with rationed selection of croissants, juice and bread. No fruit or yogurts and only one hot drink offered. The bed was like sleeping on a wooden board and we tried to add some comfort by putting 3 blankets under the sheet. Not a great experience, and definitely would not recommend.

Concernant l hôtel : très bien Propre. Accueil Sympathique. Pdj correct et pas cher. Justement sur hôtels.com pdj compris mais pas sur place donc on a payé. Déçu donc par ce site. Dernière fois que je passe par hôtels.com.
