EXTREMELY DISAPOINTING
Pictures are very deceiving, must have been from 30+ years ago.
Room was not what was requested. Was told to get on there app right away to make reservations for the restaurants-which we tried to do-but there was no availibilty for several days in ANY of them.
One working outlet in the room in the room, at the bar. So, therefore I had to plug in my phone and watch in the bathroom. No shower door or curtain so water went everywhere.
The air condtioning fan sounding VERY loud all night long-like it might fall out of the ceiling at any moment. So very little sleep.
Went to fix a drink at the little bar in the room-had fifths hanging-which you think is great-first time to push up on the dispenser, it feel out of the wall.
Coffee shop downstairs-thought awesome. Wrong, didn't even open till 10am. My husband went in the buffet to get some breakfast the next morning (the only one you didn't need a reservation for)and the floor had so much condensation, he said it was like an ice skating rink.
We booked this after I had 2 shoulder surgeries in six months, as a great place to help towards the end of recouping period. The last thing I wanted is to take a chance on a fall.
The pools-only two, not big enough for the amount of people. The beach area was very small.
Let's just say if we had stayed there the entire week we had booked, we would have been very depressed.
Mu husband got on the phone that first night and got us into another resort for the remainder our our trip.
