Check in experience not good, no smile, not friendly, slow and dosent know what she is doing. Keep asking the same question despite answered her 3 different times. Prolonging the check in process by Asking to show my hotels.com booking number so on and so forth. I have drove 5 hrs to reach ur resort n very tiring.. Totally different from Shangri-La KL check in process which is fast n friendly. Bell men ignoring u just because im an asian dosent mean i dont tips.. not helpful at all even seeing me with a lots of luggage n bags. But when westerner came in, swamp to them.
Room very nice and great view. Water pressure slow. Bath room pressure Became even slower (like 2 lines of pee) if i on the balcony bath tub tab to fill up the tub. Bath tub not clean by Housekeeping staff dead insects still around with aged n dried lizard poos
Housekeeping runner Hassan(not room attendant Hassan on 2456 floor) very accommodative , knowing im having leg sore , he placed the 2 hard pillow at the bottom of the bed.
FNB staffs all with a smile. Chef at roti bakar prepare the roti without me asking after the first day he know how i want my roti bakar. Impressive!
