The front desk staff is excellent, very helpful. Even when they are clearly swamped they remain friendly, professional & accommodating.
However a couple of other things kind of let them down. If you want to park it's 15 euros per night. But it turns out the parking lot is accessible to anyone. Which means even if you pay, there isn't always parking. This could easily be solved by installing some sort of gate and not selling more parking spots than they have. Another thing is housekeeping. The room wasn't very clean to begin with. During our 6 day/5 night stay, housekeeping only came into our room twice. Both times they simply flipped the bed cover from open to closed and left one set of clean towels (there were 2 of us). So by day 4 we had to go down to the front desk to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. The room was never vacuumed, the bathroom was never cleaned, the bed was never made, bedding was never changed. It was just kind of odd (and unpleasant). There isn't much to do around the hotel, but the U bahn & S bahn are very conveniently located across from the hotel.
