For a hotel chain like Jumeirah al Qasr, I went here with certain expectations that were unfortunately not met. For example, simple requests that were made in a timely manner, both by telephone and via chat and WhatsApp, were not carried out. An example of this is the arrangement of the beds and the request to place a prayer rug in the room. As far as we are concerned, the service at valet parking could be much better. Such as offering help with carrying the bags. Regarding cleaning the rooms, it would be nice if clean drinking glasses were provided. In addition, food waste remained in the hallways for a long time before being cleared away. At some point it started to smell. Further in our room the rain shower was leaking. The breakfast buffet was very generous and diverse. The beach was also great. The service on the beach was also optimal.
