This hotel was perfectly fine for my needs, but those with higher standards might not like it. The beginnings of black mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, the shower door was broken (told maintenance about this and they scheduled it to be fixed), water pressure was abysmal (possibly not the hotel's fault), some fixtures were broken, and the glasses/cups/etc were dirty.
Staff were excellent - friendly and helpful.
Rooms are not serviced every day (again, fine with me but others may not like this). I was there for 8 nights and my room was serviced twice.
The restaurant food was great, although a little pricey, as were the drinks. Cheaper to buy drinks down the road at the mini-mart.
Worth noting that there is no elevator (my room was on the first floor) so people with mobility issues will struggle.
For a developing country, and for the price of this hotel, I found it acceptable.
