Our stay was wonderful! The staff was very accommodating and attentive. They set out a great breakfast each morning with fresh fruit, meat, eggs, etc. The vibe was also beautiful with several lounge areas to hang out in. The rooms were also clean and roomy.

Room was clean, bed was queen size, the Location cannot be beat. The property is in the heart of the city with everything nearby. Wonderful view of the plaza below. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Air Conditioned. We highly recommend this location. Make sure you get a room facing the plaza.

Very interesting small hotel. Gorgeous furnishing, lovely breakfast, friendly staff. In an excellent position.
A little noisy at night and early morning when the bag market vendors below set up and dismantle their stalls.
There is no lift so be prepared for stairs.
I recommend this hotel.

The location is amazing. Just steps from Ponte Vecchio and Palazzo Vecchio. Bed was super comfortable. WiFi is amazing in the lobby/sitting area. Barely any trace of it in our room. Very friendly and attentive staff.
