Dissatisfied
When I arrived at the reception desk the receptionist was a trainee and she was very friendly. She called her work colleague to help as she couldn’t find my booking. The other receptionist wasn’t very friendly. She didn’t greet me. They spent 20 minutes trying to find my booking while my husband had to keep doing laps around the built road in the car. They had to rebook me a room. I was very surprised when I was charged $37 to park the car in their building. On the Hotels website it says Parking Available but I didn’t realise we would have to pay extra otherwise I would have booked a different hotel. The room was clinical with no relaxed atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable. I’m very disappointed in the whole experience and will not book here again.
