I was very disappointed in our recent stay at the Ramada. We have stayed in the past, however, after four rooms the first day switching due to lighting, temperature, etc. was horrendous. Each time we were the ones that had to do all the moving all the adjusting everything the front desk was zero accommodating The room was filthy. I have pictures of not only the bedding being dirty and ripped, but also the bathroom fan, etc. The carpets were filthy. I travel a lot for business as well and I’m very disappointed in the condition of this hotel. Like I mentioned within the first three hours we had moved rooms four times And finally just accepted where we were at. The only reason we got a room that had a comfortable temperature at the end is because I was ready to go to a different hotel are utilize hotels.com constantly through my business this however, was a personal trip to celebrate my daughter‘s graduation And I was appalled by the condition and the treatment and customer service. I will not be recommending this hotel to anybody. The front desk was zero help at making our stay comfortable and we are not unrealistic customers. And I will be forwarding my complaints and pictures onto Ramada management as well
