Room had kitchenette, everything you’d need to cook a quick meal (which we did not do). Microwave, fridge/freezer, stove top, dishwasher, dishes/silverware provided.

Half the staff was friendly, half was not. Property is a bit run down but seems fairly clean. People had trouble with the elevators but we left at non busy times and did not. Area is central NYC near transport and food. Its not a luxury hotel but its in Manhattan and cheap compared to most. Especially bc it has a kitchen its definitely good value for the money. I recommend it for value not vibes.

A convenient and nice neighborhood, but the hotel condition is not good. The sink drained slowly, the water in the shower was burning hot, not hot, literally burning hot and cannot be adjusted.
