Modern decor but poor service
The decor and theme is similar to boutique hotels, in that the rooms are contemporary and minimalistic, however the service from the management and the facilities are very poor and the opposite of what one expects from boutique hotels. We requested in advance for a double bed and they forgot to arrange it. Our room had no signal for wi-fi (even though it's supposedly included). The toilet seat cover was broken. We asked for room service and after transfering us 4 times they weren't sure if that can be arranged (even though they have 2 restaurants in their premises). We requested basic amenities (e.g. toothpaste) and they didn't have any. We asked for a late check-out and they promised to call us back to confirm but never did. Generally, we would not recommend a place with such poor service.
