We received a warm welcome from the staff. The room was spotless and the beds were comfortable. Our room overlooked the Milano Centrale Station, which was quite impressive and less noisy than we expected. Breakfast was excellent. My only disappointment was that we had expected laundry facilities on site (as advertised) but none were available. Otherwise an excellent stay in an incredibly convenient location.

This was not a 3 star hotel as marketed. This is more like a hostel. The only good thing is the location. For this price you should be able to stay at a nicer actual hotel.

Corridors not very welcoming and could do with refresh and also rooms. Bed and pillows comfortable. Room very basic but clean. Sound proofing terrible. We had to be moved as family room next to us and were very noisy during night. Staff excellent. Breakfast good. Very near station for transport.

Staff was great, the room looked pretty old. Not sure if hotel is getting remodeled because that's what it looked like. Breakfast was great, no complaints there, plus it had a great scenery. Location was spot on. Close to the train station. All and all, you get what you pay for.
