Improvement should be possible.
It took us half an hour to get in, at 1630, so not really a complicated time, I received 5 emails the week before; "what time do you arrive" and answered 4 times; between 1600 and 1700, the "answer" button does not work!! (Expedia problem??) but I found ways to answer, then I received back answers like;
"you will find the key to your accommodation, inside the blackbox a the right on the door. Code 811"(which was a wrong code) and "Ok. Write US on -----------" and "please write us on ----------- for check in" all very cryptic, no idea what was meant. Anyway when we finally followed a cleaning person we followed and entered the gate (no doorbell at the gate) (no doorbell at the entrance) after calling once more, and getting the blackbox open there where 4 keys, but I did not have my room number. Once more calling them it appeared......... .........they where inside the hotel!
Furthermore no breakfast available (until the 1st of may)
