Room was clean but very rundown, as was the whole hotel in general. The highlights included the great service, the room size and the location. Our family of 4 had a two bedroom suite with one and a half baths. Overall would consider the hotel again for future stays.

Me and my wife had a wonderful romantic get away into NYC. Our stay at the Truss hotel was very nice! From the minute we got there we were welcomed to early a check-in, which was wonderful after our long journey that day. The women at the front desk (Ashley) made us feel welcome and comfortable from the minute we got there and gave great suggestions for food!!
The room was clean and cool (over looking 9th ave). The location was very convenient to all the things we had planned
