We booked the apartment with two bedrooms and contacted the property before check-in. But when we checked in at 10 pm, the apartment was not available. At first, the receptionist tried to put us in 2 separate apartments with one bedroom. However, in the end, only 1 apartment with one bedroom was available, but the apartment was so dirty. Hence, we couldn't stay. Luckily, Expedia customer support was very supportive, and we relocated to another hotel. Otherwise, we would have no place to stay and our holiday would be ruined.
