Horrible
I had booked a 3 nights stay and after just one night, I found it necessary to leave due to te poor quality of the accommodation. The conditions of the hotel did not matched the images ad descriptions provided in hotel.com, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The room was not cleaned, the bathrooms did not have lock, no pillows, no towels, no toilet paper, no heater. I had booked a room with a private toilet and it was a shared toilet. Upon our arrival the check in took more than 1hr to have the room ready. And I had to incur in unplanned costs staying somewhere else on the second night. accommodations from your website to avoid dissatisfaction with customers. I had a very unpleasant experience during this holiday trip.

No compensation was offered, they just cancelled the booking and they advised to contact hotel.com directly to obtain the refund.
