Amazing hotel. Good size room with lots of amenities, love the public bath. Made use of the laundry service too. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is superb, right near the JR station which happened to be the meeting places for my day trips. Breakfast was delicious. I love all the local Hokkaido ingredients.

This hotel really pays attention to detail in everything and the staff is quite foreigner-friendly. The 7-Eleven convenient store adjacent to the first-floor lobby was uber convenient, too. Would definitely stay at the Hotel Emion Sapporo again and highly recommend!

The subway tunnel directly links the JR station and the subway with the hotel. You don't need to walk on the street when it is raining and snowing. They have hot springs in the hotel too although it is not big. I really recommend you to try this hotel when you are in Sapporo.

Fabulous! Very new hotel, I like the lightening that can adjust by urself. Bright enough for lady that need make up. Also nice entrance area wall with hanging stuff function which is very thoughtful and save space. Although there a bit far from JR station, there a connection under group that can go to JR station ! Hotel is newly renovated, shower is warm and strong. The hotel location is less than 5 mins walk from Sapporo station, but if I walk along the underpass as recommended by the hotel, it takes much longer, so I’ll suggest walking outdoor along the streets instead. There are 3 washing machine in the laundry room, too few for all the guests to share, I went down several times and not being able to use it. Hope the hotel will consider to increase the number of machines for this popular service
