The hotel cleanliness, food and staff was great. The pool, property and location was good too. Located in the middle of everything. The 2 negatives for me were the pillows and the old school bathtub/shower. I would prefer a walk in shower as opposed to climbing in a bathtub 2 feet high. The 2 pillows were not comfortable and there should be 4 pillows not 2. I recommend 4 pillows so there are variety of pillows and the guests can choose between a soft or hard pillow

The first room we booked was looking out onto a brick wall. When asked if we could change room the receptionist said the hotel was full. However if we wanted to pay an additional £700 there would be a room available. After the first night in our bunker room, we were able to move to a second floor pool view room but with an additional fee of £150 for the remaining 3 nights.

We would stay again. Excellent pool. Super nice staff and central location. Our room was facing the street, so it was loud - people, cars, music. We used ear plugs and it was fine. No elevator. Next time we will reserve a room facing the pool. Stayed 3 days. We're older than the average traveler here.

We had a lovely stay. Stay in pool access room. Every day we got our room made up and a little towel animal was placed on our bed each day. Breakfast was very basic. Pool was perfect temperature and clean. Location was great right next door to 7 eleven, all cafes restaurants and shops. Tuk tuk outside your door if you want to go anywhere.

Very impressive villa with direct access to the beautiful pool. The photos don’t do it enough justice - unlike other hotels that don’t live up to the photos! It’s not far from the beach but you won’t want to leave this pool! Not too many mosquitos in the area. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast was good but there’s many great restaurants all around also.

My favorite accomodation so far, the pictures do not do it justice 10/10 stay. The bungalows are perfectly spaced for privacy grounds and pool tidied 24/07 the pool so nice and clean staff lovely to I would recommend having transport or bolt app as not close to anything but I guess that’s why it’s so peaceful guests are family types and older people loved it!❤️

We stayed two nights in a deluxe room. Check in very quick, pool was great. Room: Bed comfy, shower requires a complete overhaul, view was basically a slated dark wooden structures to block out the the hotel in front(maybe consider a lighter paint) has it made the room even more darker. Breakfast was ok, would have better with better coffee, as in a coffee machine……
