It is too far from Murcia to make it useful as anything but a transit stop to somewhere else. Coupled with the fact that they advertise that they have a restaurant, but it was closed, really exaggerates the problem. The alternative is the cafe attached to the hotel. The food there was truly mediocre, with a breast of flattened and undercooked chicken almost being the highlight (lowlight). Looked like it had been cooked in a sandwich press. But the lowlight, after being asked what I would like for dessert, and choosing the safe option of icecream, I was given a Cornetto-like item from the fridge.
The room was good, and the airconditioning worked, and the WiFi did too, so if you are in-transit it would be OK, but take some food supplies.
