We arrived & initially panicked as we were told that they could not accommodate us due to a maintenance issue. However, we were upgraded to the sister hotel 10mins away with better facilities (pool, sauna etc) & had a free breakfast thrown in for the inconvenience of the walk there. Customer service at its best. We had a fabulous stay in the other hotel. I have booked again for next year.

Extremely nice place to stay within walking distance of Liverpool Street station. Superb staff and welcoming reception area with places to chill. Our room was very spacious with everything you would need for a short stay. Felt like we got a lot more quality than we expected for the price. Extremely comfortable bed and for a big hotel with lots of rooms there was zero noise at night giving a great nights sleep. We would rather stay here and do the short trip into central London by cab bus or tube than stay in a very small room for a lot more money.

Positives, it was clean. Struggling for any others, 2 single beds pushed together with individual quilts. Paid for a club room but it had none of the facilities. If you are out in London and back after 11 don't expect to be able to get drink anywhere. No information given on where things were or even times of food or the fact the bar shuts very early.
