I stayed here during the first weekend of November. It might be hidden from plain view, and the climb to the hotel itself is a bit steep, but I didn't mind that.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. Internet wi fi service was impeccable, which is a must for me. The room was small but adequate for my needs, as was the bathroom and toilet.
It's also not far away from the major tourist sites : the Acropolis is a brisk 10 - 15 minute walk uphill, and the biggest challenge is crossing the streets through the traffic; definitely for pros.
While I was there, there were some construction works going on on a house across from the hotel, which woke me up, but of course the hotel can't be blamed for this. If I'd have small gripes, it's that the doors don't isolate the room too well from the hallway noises, but it didn't bother me in a big way. Also, I wasn't able to open the balcony door. I suppose I could have asked about that at reception, but as I was out most of the time, that also wasn't something I was too concerned with.
I can't say anything bad about Ami Boutique, and would definitely stay there again in Room 404, like I did last weekend.
