The 4-star hotel, occupies a century-old and renovated building, with a beautiful view of the countryside. I consider it good, but it needs some adjustments for this classification.
1. The staff is fantastic (especially Carolina, a restaurant employee, very friendly and helpful) and they always served us well.
2. The facilities are comfortable. We got an upgrade (from a single room in the basement to another for disabled people on the ground floor). The room is comfortable, although it did not have air conditioning, which made us feel hot at night as all doors were closed). The minibar is minimal, it doesn't cool properly. Adequate lighting, flooring, wall colors, decor OK.
3. The bathroom for people with disabilities: there is no support bench or vanity, the shower is very small, the access door is sliding and has no handle. I don't know how a bathroom like this was approved.
4. There is a large terrace, semi-covered, but without decoration, just a table and two chairs.
5. The room is very noisy due to the heavy rain that falls, as the gutters are very close to the room door.
6. The parking lot is very far from the reception, which makes it difficult to get to the reception on rainy days.
7. Features: The pool is OK, but there are two spas (one with cold water and one that doesn't work). Steam and sauna OK.
8. Breakfast: well served, nothing special for a 4 star hotel. There are regional products, which is very interesting.
Overall, the hotel could be rated 3.5 stars.
