Good Value for Money

Stayed at this hotel during Low-Season so got a good price for the night. Our room was big,quite and comfortable with TV, Safe, Wifi (also sometimes really slow), fridge and 2 bottles of water each day. The offer a cleaning every second day which was sufficient but nothing outstanding. There is a 7-11 right next to the hotel and few bars, restaurants and food stalls. We did not like the food around there but that has certainly nothing to do with the hotel (check for Boat Noodle House in AoNang which had the best food we could find in the area). To the south end of Nopparat Thara Beach its only 5min walk, however the north end is much nicer (but takes about 30min by foot). To Ao Nang i would guess its approx. 10min by foot or you take a Songthaew which runs on the beach road. They do not seem to run too often in Low season so be prepared. One of the Ladies at the front desk seemed annoyed when we asked her about the area or about transportation to the airport. Eventhough she was not exactly unfriendly, she was also not very helpful and did not make us feel welcome. The other staff was very nice and helpful though.

By Thai standards the iCheckInn was poor. The staff were more robotic that the usually smiling Thai standard. The room was fine but no water pressure in the shower. The tiled hallways and stairs leading to the room looked like they had not been cleaned/mopped this year

Нормальный вариант за свои деньги. Типичная троечка, не больше не меньше. Достаточно высокая слышимость, но думаю, что это во многих подобных отелях так. Хотели остаться в нем второй раз на обратном пути, но все же решили остановиться в другом месте. Фото несколько приятнее реальности.

1 Star at 3 Star Price:(

First room smelled of cigar smoke so moved me to 4th floor with no elevator. AC very weak and hot water pressure so bad you have to run around in the shower to get wet. With a little research, I moved to a 4 star hotel for the same price. Motel 6 would be a step up however the front desk staff was nice. Good for a one night transition to a better property. Very surprised at the high TripAdvisor rating which I trusted. Must be the location only.

Nice room, Walk to beach, Free hot beverage 24 hrs

Clean bed room with dry-wet seperated bathroom are the most impression for our trip. The environment in the room is good due to the non-smoking rule of this hotel. Maids will clean the rooms and change the towels everyday, if you hang the tag at the door. Hot beverages including chocolate, coffee, and milk tea from automatic machine are 24 hr-free at reception. Tour agents, Car rental agents, minimarts, thai restuarants and thai massage spa are around the hotel. It is only 5-10 minites to walk to the nopparatana beach or 1 km from Ao Nang. Brifely, this hotel is reasonable price for just sleeping and taking a shower after travelling all days.

Good stay for vacation

A good stay for my ten days vaca there. Location's amazing for food, massage, market, traffic, beach &a tourist information. Staffs there are very nice and helpful. My room is not luxurious but comfy and quiet, clean. I enjoyed a lot there.

Confort, limpieza, buena atención

Muy buena relación calidad-precio, habitaciones amplias y limpias, aunque en el mapa se lo ve lejos, queda cerca del centro de Ao Nang y de la playa donde se toman los long tails. Desayuno abundante y variado. Lo recomiendo!

Hotel was very good. Maybe not in center location in Ao nang, but for this kind of money, very good place. Breakfasts could be a bit better, but was good enough for us. Staff was very pleasant for us. Rooms are nice and quite big ;-)

OK hotel

OK hotel between Ao Nang and Nopparat Thara beaches, about 10 min walk from both. It is located off the main Ao Nang road, on the street that has lots of restaurants, tour operators, massage parlors (200-250 baht for 1 hr Thai massage), a 7/11 and a Family mart and leads to high-end hotels. You need to walk to the beach along the Ao Nang road, but you pass local businesses and the street food market, so the walk is OK. Besides, a little walking on you holiday is only good. Hotel has a modern feel, rooms are clean. No elevator. There was a Wifi but the connection was often poor. Room also had a good AC and a safe. The balcony had a view on the street and to the hotel just across the street. Breakfast was OK - you could order eggs, there was rice or noodles, a vegetable dish, toast, sausages, yogurt and cereals, juice, coffee and fruit. However, eggs are made on a stove just outside the cafe which means that they are standing there in the heat - I got a bad batch which resulted a bad night in the bathroom. There is a long boat ticket office just in the beginning of the street where you can buy tickets to Railay beach etc.

icheckinn a great little place

The property clean and amenities well maintained. The staff were very friendly and eager to help. The pool area is great for cooling off and catching some sun but offered very little shade. Girlfriend loved this but since I burn easily my shade options were limited to the 1 umbrella on the deck. The area is fairly quite even though there is a number of construction sites around as the area is going through a bit of a boom. The one thing that was frustrating was the internet, slow and unstable. But hey it is holiday time and we should be out enjoying the beautiful scenery, it is nice to post pics and vids for the people back home. After all they need something to look at after shovelling snow.

Maybees Aye Maybees Naw

Not bad but not great. Had to move room after bugs on bed from wooden headboard. Building works nearby but not noisy but may be later, so consider this. Safe place and quiet if away from building. Staff nice enough. Tips - eat at hawkers for cheap food at end of road. Breakfast at Black Canyon will cost a little more bit well worth it and nice place. Good choice too. Nice Indian just after here too for dinner. I would stay in this area of Ao Nang if returning but maybe not this hotel. Ps - why do these hotels never clean shower heads, minging and nothing a scrub and some vinegar wouldn't sort out!

Great Location

great location, close to bars and restaurants. Small pool which is perfect as beach is only 5minutes walk. Would recommend a trip to railay beach on the longtail boat available from the bridge at the end of the road
