Our check in was very late due to long journey . The room smelled cigarettes it was so strong and i have headaches. I have child inside! I already paid full for two days for 2adults and 1child. They gave me a room that is not the same like the pictures. It was last minute setup bed that is not made up no duvet only sheets that layers on top of it! Bed is on the floor. I told the receptionist boy on the night . At first he denied my booking was 2 adults and one child but it is clearly my booking stated that. He cant do anything more because its late and fully book hotel. Next morning at 8 am i met the Receptionist the girl and she was very rude. ( I thought she was the one who was hanged up my phone yesterday afternoon to tell my late arrival.) She denied me my room smelled cigarettes and she said no no no before i even finished speaking. And she said the rest of the room will be the same. My child and i have runny nose that morning. Finally after im insisting she said ok after 11 i will have another room ready. After that tense argument we went for breakfast. It was a dreadful breakfast. It was not tasty at all! While having a tea and digesting all the experience that morning, the room, the rudeness, the service, bad breakfast & importantly my child’s health, i decided i went out on 9 am to find another hotel nearby. I checked out one day early and I am still asking for my refund till this day!
