Not really Hilton level
A hotel that is showing its age. This could be compensated for with excellent service, but unfortunately this is not the case. Check-in is only from 4 p.m., which is too late. The parking garage is not well signposted, so you drive past it first. There were not enough umbrellas. The disinfectant dispensers by the elevators were empty for two days. One of the four elevators was also broken for two days.
If you pay for the parking garage at reception, you only have 10 minutes to leave the underground car park - so stressful. This was at 9 a.m. But the 48 hours you paid for didn't end until 3 p.m.
Unfortunately, the Hilton Batumi lacks passion for its customers. A friendly smile is missing both at check-in and in the Sky Bar. It's a shame for the Hilton brand that you can no longer rely on the expected level of quality.
