Brilliant place

The apartment was amazing, very clean and quiet, with towels, kettle, glassed and the wine opener:) the lift was also available, and it is very close to the cathedral and loads of local shops. Karim provided exceptional customer service, we will book it again when in Milan. Well recommended, thank you!

Bed bugs, a door that doesn’t close, a glass door with a light that doesn’t turn off behind it, noisy people in the other apartment all day and all night, no privacy, windows that don’t close even, rains inside, no hot water, no water pressure. Maybe don’t consider that place an apartment.

It is very well located but noisy, especially at night because of the tram. I guess this is the price to pay to be downtown. The upstairs appartment is fair enough. I was very nervous because of all the bad reviews. It doesn't look exactly like the pictures but it isn't so bad. I booked for the biggest appartment but when I saw it was in the basement I asked the person in charge to change with another appartment. You can definitely find better but it is not that awful (except for the basement apartment)

Dirty and uncomfortable!

Horrible experience. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and the couch was filthy. I wouldn’t let anyone sit on it let alone sleep there without a sheet or cover. Couch was most definitely NOT a pull out bed as advertised and I got the room that was for enemies it seemed. Room C! If you get assigned that room, cut your losses and find another place!! If I had arrived earlier I definitely would have.

It is difficult to check in after 9:30 pm. If you check in after this hour, you have to pay extra 30 eur for no reason. There is no code to enter the apartment. They ask you to pay first and then they show you where the key is over the phone. The apartment was not like in the photos. It was not cleaned well enough. See the photos I have taken as a reference. Plus Wi-Fi code s hard to obtain.

There was a water leakage in the bathroom on the upper floor and therefore the whole lower floor of the apartment was dripping wet! To us this seems like a known problem since before we already saw some stains on the wall and ceiling, in the night we knew why. No acceptable refund was offered and we are really dissatisfied, it was a horrible experience! Customer Service is horrendous, they did not take on any responsibility for this mess...

Terrible customer service and very unclean

I was looking for a cheap place in a great location, and I wish I had read the reviews better. From the start, the contact person to help with self check-in was SO RUDE! I asked to get instructions on how to get into the property and I got a short response as I was waiting outside, just trying to get into the room. I called back again and she said that the info had actually not been sent, but she would send it then. Once inside, the area itself looked similar to the pictures. It has a lot of space. But… It’s very old and dirty. The first night in the bed was disgusting and I had welts. I don’t know if they were bed bugs or what, but very red and itchy. I stayed on the couch after that. After the terrible customer service and then the bites and lack of cleanliness, I cannot recommend this place. It needs a thorough deep clean to be considered safe for guests.

Check-in went well. The shower was not clean and there was sewage smell that come out of from the bathroom, so we had to make sure to leave the toilet top closed and the bathroom door closed at all times. Also, the stairs and the elevator leading to our room smelled like urine. The light in our room, next to the door entrance, would also randomly turn on and off during the night. During the last two days of our stay, the wi-fi didn't work, which was important for us since we were working remotely. Administration called the network to resolve the issue, but couldn't get it resolved before we left. I understand that the people at the front desk can't resolve all of these issues, but the accommodation administration still needs to do major work. The only upside was that it was very close to all of the major attractions.

abbiamo soggiornato due notti ( il 12 e 13 dicembre) -reception inesistente -check in da remoto, ma ci abbiamo messo più di mezzora per accedere alla stanza -le luci dell'appartamento non funzionanti le spine, gli interruttori e le prese tutte rotte -riscaldamento non funzionante -lenzuola bucate -la finestrella del bagno affaccia sul pianerottolo interno di fronte all'ascensore sporcizia ovunque, polvere e capelli in ogni dove -la seconda mattina uno dei collaboratori ha provato a entrare a forza nell'alloggio bloccandomi la porta con il piede -il mio compagno ha contratto la congiuntivite da contatto le travi sopra il letto perdevano pezzi sulle coperte -in più punti c'erano degli approssimativi "rattoppi" di buchi sul muro fatti con pezzi di carta di giornale -la finestra della zona giorno che affaccia sulle finestre di altri appartamenti senza scuri, tende o persiane -la finestra della cucina con la tenda attaccata col nastro adesivo -pagato la tassa di soggiorno in contanti si sono rifiutati di rilasciarci la ricevuta esperienza più che pessima, sconvolgente in senso negativo

Da non andarci !!!!! E non consigliatelo!!!

Ho affittato un monolocale con un letto matrimoniale, 2 divani letto e cucina, proprio per stare comodo e lavorare. Il letto matrimoniale era meno di un letto alla francese messo in un sottotetto. Le foto sono misleading . Il riscaldamento era rotto ( in camera erano 15 gradi ) nessuno e’ mai venuto a controllare ( anche perche’ non c era mai nessuno alla reception e non rispondevano al contatto telefonico) . Non mi hanno nemmeno cambiato camera, per cui ho lasciato la struttura con un giorno in anticipo. Ho chiesto un refound almeno per la notte non usufruita visto il disagio e si sono rifiutati !
