Not the the room we booked
When we arrived at noon , they told us 5 times that the room (booked a design room 25m²) was ready at check in 2pm and that the hotel was fully booked. Ok no problem, we walked to the beautiful Naoussa. I requested a room with a view (for my husbands birthday) when I've made the booking (6 months in advance), When we got back in the late afternoon they showed us to our room. We were very dissapointed because the room was on the streetside. (no view at all !!!!) And the room was more a familyroom with 1 big bed and 2 smal beds (2 seperate spaces) So the room were the big bed was, was very small. The bathtub was unusable, very small with both ends blocked with the tap and other end to unplug the water. (no seperate shower) Next day there was somebody else at reception so I complaint that this was totally not the room that we booked. He told me that i should be happy because we got an upgrade????!!!!!!
Normally 1 big room --> now 2 seperate spaces with beds
Normally big shower -->now a jacuzzi bathtub, wich was impossible to sit comfy
Requested a view --> now no view
Euh?? Upgrade and yes we could move on our last day to a design room with a view (the room that we booked) but we refused because then we had to pack and unpack again for just 1 night.
The possitive: good breakfast + staff at breakfast and a good bed
We spended almost 4 weeks on different islands, this was the only dissapointment with the check in staff and room(UPGRADE) that we got.
