First, this property is not located 5 km from the conservation area, but 10 km. I booked through Expedia for two adults and two kids (11 and 12 years old). Upon arrival, there was only one king bed. The reception said there was no information about the kids in the reservation, and I had to pay $20 extra to have the kids. They brought a bed for my son, and the next morning, when I showed the booking confirmation for 4 people, they said I should have used the sofa bed and assembled it myself and that I was going to be charged for the extra bed, which I did not ask for. The reception and manager were rude and defensive, refusing to take responsibility. They only waived the $20 fee after a long discussion. Additionally, the shower's hot water faucet was twisted, preventing the hot water from turning on. The receptionist couldn't identify the problem, which was just a misplaced blue/red dot. They offered to move me to a room next to the reception which was very noisy. Fortunately, I figured out the faucet issue myself and stayed in my room. They never apologized for any of the inconvenience and blamed on me for "creating a problem where there wasn't".
