This hotel is lovely, great welcome from Greg and Linda upon arrival with lots of very useful tips regarding Yellowstone and the town! Great room with spotless bathroom! lots of space for our stuff which is not always provided, lovely breakfast and we loved the provision of the coffee and tea 24 hrs a day, a very nice touch! Location is right close to the park entrance and everywhere is walkable. We loved Kelly Inn!

I have a mixed review. Good: friendly staff, very responsive, I had a couple of service calls mostly in the night, but still the help came right away. Issues: the bathroom didn’t have exhaust fan, so it not very comfortable for a four night stay. The surrounding was noisy, we could hear people walk above us in the middle of the night. They can try insulating the rooms from exterior noise. The breakfast area was very small and the options were limited too. The swimming pool was small too.

Kelly inn is clean and well maintained. Our room(161) very much adequate. Breakfast is served in each of the 3 buildings fit the convenience of their guests. Breakfast was good and different each day. My only complaint are the doors to the guest rooms. They are very heavy and banged loudly when they closed. You could hear the ones all around you and in the floors above. It’s not the guests fault, but hearing this as early as 5 am and as late as 11 pm was not appreciated.
