Two nights, two rooms. The first room stunk of cleanser - strong cleanser - so, they gave us a modest upgrade on the one room. The beds were great, the room was clean, late check out was given without hassle - but, the place in general, feels like it’s on a bit of a downslope. One elevator was down, and the staff monopolized the other, so a five to ten minute wait was not unusual, the hot water for the shower took three minutes or so to kick in, the fireplace didn’t work, front desk people (and there were a lot of them) did the job, but were not particularly personable or welcoming - it feels like management is getting a little complacent, and things usually get worse before they get better.
