Great early check in without asking for it, made the day so much easier. Beautiful room, mainly clean throughout, few stains on the corner seating area. Room over look’s Leicester Square which is amazing but be prepared for the noise throughout the evening/morning/whole day. Bed very comfy and felt like a bit of luxury staying here. Perfect location for theatres.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the stay itself drill going off creaking throughout the night from room above. The sink also had a plumbing issue and water was taking forever to drain.
