So what are the areas in which the hotel should improve:
1. We booked our room through the Expedia website. The price mentioned on the site included all service charges and breakfast. According to the reception desk breakfast was not included in the listed price, although the website clearly indicates it does.
2. The spa area is opened till 22.00h. After checking in we went to the spa area, just to look in and see what to expect. The lady at the reception desk refused entry, because she had already cleaned and the lights where switched off in a fairly impolite way, especially as the time was 21.55h, which we pointed out to here. The area should still be accessible according to the hotels own policy.
3. For use of towels the spa charges additional 2 euro per towel, and 3 euro for a bathrobe. A hotel which pretends to operate a 5 star facility should not charge additional amounts for a towel and a bathrobe. In fact, the bathrobe should alreadh be in the room, which in the villa at least is not the case.
4. After returning at the end of the first day, the room was not cleaned and towels were not changed.
