We thought we could not be in time at the hotel because we had to drive hundreds of kilometers. When we called the hotel to ask for a code we got someone on the line who spoke very bad english and did not understand us. For an F1 hotel where several nationalities are staying daily, you can expect someone to speak at least English. Finally we understood That we could not get a code and that the reception closed at 21:00. We then moved on without a break because we were afraid we could not sleep overnight. On arrival, the parking lot seemed to be some kind of meeting place, everywhere cars that were wrongly parked and there were people who clearly had nothing to do with the hotel. At a camping table outside of the front desk, builders were drinking beer and making noise. When we wanted to check it turned out that there was a booking, but the payment failed ? While we had paid the payment already in advance for weeks and had evidence of that. We had to pay again and explore with Expedia how to get our money back. We did not do this and there was a discussion in which even other (French) hotel guests were involved in the reception staff. In the end we got our room. The room was very hot no air conditioning and the mosquitoes bite everyone. Toilet and shower on the hallway dirty and outdated.After a very bad night we were glad we could get away again. NEVER AGAIN ! Although it was a very cheap overnight stay. But I expected better from a F1 hotel
