Heating was not working! In addition to the heating problem, we had a bad experience with the hotel receptionist also. After we checked-in and paid at the reception, we went up to our room on the 4th floor. We turned on the thermostat. Cold air starts to blow immediately. We waited for more than 15 minutes, but nothing changed. I went to the reception to check. The receptionist first said he didn't understand the problem. Later, he understood it and simply acknowledged that there is a problem with the heating system and since it was a weekend, there was no one to fix it. When asked why he did not mention that before I paid, he had no answer for it. I asked him what can be done now because it was clearly not more than 10-12 degrees in the room and I couldn't sleep. His "solution" was to find another hotel!!! In addition to that, he was being rude and sarcastic. The next morning, I talked to the manager - he apologized for the inconvenience and offered us free breakfast.
