The concierge on duty, Bohdanna, provided exceptional service, including offering to book transportation, directions to sites, and even carrying our bags 3 flights of stairs, as she saw we were elderly. Truly beyond the call of duty.
The food in the restaurant was very good.

Great location and lovely room. Only thing to bear in mind is that the door to get in once reception has shut was heavy and I struggled to open it with the key etc, so maybe not suitable for older/weaker people! Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Our room was spacious, quiet and clean with windows that opened into a quiet courtyard. The stairs were a challenge however. I can't imagine elderly guests navigating them with suitcases. Overall it was a decent stay.

Beautiful and spotless rooms! The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant on our last day before checking out, and it was a lovely way to end our trip.
The location couldn’t be better. The hotel is right beside the Týn Church, just steps away from the Old Town Square, so everything is within easy walking distance.
The only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear other guests at night. But that’s to be expected when staying in the heart of the city.
Overall, it’s a very cozy and comfortable hotel, and we were more than happy with our stay!

A great accommodation if you are staying in Prague for only a few days. Steps out to the astronomical clock and old town square. If you are out late there are four keys to get yourself inside. The nights can be quite loud with the windows open. Overall a pleasant stay and would recommend if you are in Prague for a quick visit.
