Nice hotel, friendly staff
We had a good stay but the neighborhood was not something we will go again. It is infested with white, older males buying hours with the many 1000s of young girls around here. We are not that bothered with the concept but to have a hotel smack in the middle of it without that being indicated anywhere is a bit off for a couple on vacation. We had a suite and the room was great. Nice place, good price, plenty good food and drink places around. The 4 instead of 5 stars is not for the surroundings( the hotel cannot help that) or what we think about it but for 1 thing only; the internet in the hotel does not work and despite asking 20 times if this is normal we got 'it is just slow'. It was not slow, it did not work. Had they just said that, it would be 5 but now they just said wait it is just slow every time. Do not offer wifi if it does not work please. Better: this was our first time Cambodia; for others; buy a Smart SIM and ask for $10 top up with it . That is $12.50 in the corner shop together and you never need wifi again.
