Nice, clean, up-to-date hotel. Modern approach - as little service as possible to reach the best possible margin. All is rehearsed, orchestrated and ground down to its bare minimum. It's all there, but they don't walk the extra mile. No room service, no a la carte breakfast, no bath robes, no way to charge the bar to your room. Just "enough" for the average tourist. But within that range it ticks all the boxes. Felt a bit like shopping at Lidl or Aldi. What was surprising to us was that the lobby manages to give some sense of privacy although the hotel is in fact enormous.
