Great hotel w/ free use of washing machine & dryer
Pros:
1) just across the train station & bus centre
2) big room - comes with cooking utensils, microwave & fridge with free beverages
3) if you dont need them to clean the room, they give you a complimentary item (choice of free snacks or drink) (note: you can still request for new towels)
4) room rate covers breakfast (they do very nice pancakes on the spot if you want). Also has an onigiri machine
5) can use the washing machine and dryer without any charges
6) staff are helpful and cheerful especially those that i encountered during breakfast. Also they can help you arrange for luggage delivery to your next destination/hotel
7) free black coffee at the reception area plus 3 types of sake which you can try/taste too
Cons:
1) they do not have a website nor email - reply is relatively slow when i made enquiry via the hotels.com message app
2) reception is on 2nd floor so you have to carry your luggage up. However, they do have a signage on 1st floor that says press the bell if you need the staff to help. Luckily, there's an elevator inside the hotel for rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors
Overall, very pleasant stay. I will definitely recommend it to others
