Do not stay here, there are better all inclusives
We stayed here for 4 nights and it was very disappointing. The food was terrible. The buffet has the same food every day and it was very stale. The pizza was hard a rock, the meats were poor quality and the veggies were rotten. We couldn’t get into any restaurants ever. They don’t take reservations and anytime we walked up they were booked all night, which didn’t make much sense. The room service food was only a few items. The breakfast buffet ended at 11am and the lunch buffet starts back up at 12:30, so there are basically no food options from 11am to 12:30pm every day. My wife got sick from the food on the first night. We asked for help and the staff didn’t believe us. After the first night experience, we tried to get a refund for the remaining 3 nights as we wanted to stay somewhere else, but they denied our request. Every morning we tried to get a spot at the pools, but they were all full. You can’t reserve any seats and people wake up super early to claim spots that they don’t even use. The pool areas are 40% full of people, but 100% of the chairs are taken, everyday. They need a better system for this. The rooms were super stuffy and smelled like sewage. The only way to get rid of the small was to close the door to the bathroom and showers. The entertainment at night were very bad. We have stayed at many all inclusive all over Mexico and we look forward to the shows. These were the worst shows we’ve ever seen. The rooms were a decent size, beds not comfortable.
