Good variety for breakfast but not very warm by 9am Friends had difficulty checking in on line so didn’t book breakfast. Was told at check in could pay in the morning. The wifi is terrible. It is in a central location which is great and was useful for working close by. The rooms were clean, but very little in the way of comforts. No tele (which I can understand for travellers and tourists), but not for working professionals. Staff were helpful, however, one member of staff in the morning was screaming, swearing and banging on the desk to another colleague on my last morning, which was definitely not OK.

Truly above and beyond customer service. We showed up 4 hours early after not sleeping all night on our flight, just hoping to leave our bags, and Adam said since he had a room available he’d gladly just check us in.
