Upon arrival we had to do a lot of effort to get in the garage to even unload our luggage. In the end we had to drag it from a garage somewhere else to the hotel. Staff apparently wasn't able to open the garage. The room we booked did not look at all like the room we got. In the pictures it showed space to walk around the bed, in reality, there wasn't. given the trouble it took to deal with the incapable staff, we even did not challenge the room... too much effort. There were no glasses or cups in the room (don't blame this to covid please as in the rest of the world in these time, it is possible to have glasses in the room). we should receive an invoice by e-mail... first it was said, we would get it right away, then it was said it should come after checkout.... we are a week later... still no invoice. Such an incompetent staff, Really????
