Upon arrival, after a flight that landed at 5 am, the hotel staff agreed to store our luggage until check in. But when I asked if I could use the restroom, the answer was no. After I continued to ask (about 4 more times) the staff agreed to let me use the restroom located in the restaurant upstairs. That was strike 1.
next after a long day of sightseeing, I returned to the hotel to relax. The internet connection in my room was not working and therefore I could not watch television. (The hotel does not provide basic tv service, you have to log into your personal netflix or hulu account) When I called the front desk, I was told "No one else has complained" and that I should "try to re-enter my netflix password." I explained the internet connection was not working, so the issue is not my netflix password. No one had an answer, so I just gave up. strike two
Room 103- john coltrane room, has no ventilation. no windows (except for the window that opens out to the public hotel seating area) The room was always hot and stuffy. At one point, I left the front door open to get air circulation. Which means, all guests and staff walking pass the room could see into my room. strike 3
I wouldn't recommend this hotel based off of my experience.
