Only draw back is the wine prices are over the top for what the wines are and i know a profit is needed but not three times the value. A average wine ( by any measure ) costs some 2-300 euros- ridiculous and as well they cannot make a regular alcoholic drink ( as is typical in many European hotels) so just buy beer. 'Check in was seamless with a phone call and WhatsApp message. The room was great, clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable .
Location is excellent, only a few steps from the main square restaurants and a short stroll to the harbour.
On a very minor note, some extra coat hangers in the wardrobe would be great.

'The hotel is amazing in every aspect other than for service which is at a very moderate level for a 5* resort. Service should and could be much better. Breakfast is wonderful. Great swimming pools and lovely beach. A minor remark is that the lounge music at poolarea and beach is monotone and way too loud.

'Het was een geweldig hotel voor deze prijs! We bleven hier 3 nachten en sliepen in het nieuwe gedeelte. Hele Ruime kamer met kitchenette en balkom met zijzeezicht. De airco was top en ook had de kamer rolluiken bij het balkon. Fijn zitje op het balkon. Een eethoek, bank en zitje in de kamer. Ontbijt was prima en gevarieerd. Heel blij dat we hier zijn geweest! '

'the owner was very accommodating from leaving the keys for us on first night {we were going to be late]to helping us with a problem not related to the property many thanks. As for the property they were very clean and we thought plenty of room for a couple 2 children would have fitted in as well ,out side area was excellent with plenty of places to sit it is very quite and a easy walk to nearest restaurants 15 min.If i went back that way would stay again was very happy with the place'

WiFi and 4/5G was not working in our room. Front desk mentioned they were going to check, never got any feedback, nor it did not improve.
AC was not working very well, Often just stopped in the middle of the night or showed an "HL" error, after which the system had to be reset
Parking the car was an issue due to low number of parking spots. A bigger lot was available 200 meters away, but even there we experienced no space and had to park the car outside
Drinks, for Greek standards, are very expensive.
While we booked through Expedia, a special welcome gift should be there (based upon a message we received from Expedia). After mentioning this (as it was not there) front desk promised to check with the hotel manager. Never heard back. It's not about the gift but the lack of feedback."
