The patio had the most wonderful view. We didn’t get to eat breakfast since we had an early tour. I appreciated that they had both purified and boiled water and a lot of it for guests so we could fill our water bottles before our trek. The breakfast was adequate, the balcony was lovely & the beds were comfortable! Location was perfect, just a short uphill walk to get to the train/bus station and main square! 'Someone was waiting for us at the train station to take us to Rupa. That was nice because the place is not easy to find. Also someone carried the luggage which was much appreciated while it's a very steep climb to the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated and staff is very helpfull and speak good english. So a perfect place to stay. Only negative I can say is that the showers where not hot but that is realy the only thing. '

Kwartier lopen vanaf station. Guesthouse zelf heel vriendelijk. Eenvoudige kamer, maar alles is aanezig en is schoon. Prima ontbijt met een glimlach. 'The hotel is 2 minute walk to the bus station for Machu Picchu. The owner is extremely nice and helpful. Our tour was early and he gave us a bagged breakfast the night before so we could eat and let us leave bags in the room so he could store them for us while we were out. '
