'Fine, basic hotel in the small town of Guernsey. Not quite as nice as a Hampton Inn but much nicer than a Motel 6. Fridge and microwave in room. Comfortable bed and clean. Only one chair (we had a room with two queen beds), so if two people, one sits on the bed. Not many restaurants around the small town, so we had a few snacks/ sandwiches in the room from the local grocery store. We had trouble with the TV but just used our iPads. 'AMAZING!!! The staff is so ingratiating. From checkin to checkout the people at this Super 8 were the best. The cleaning staff, the front desk, the breakfast ladies, absolutely everybody genuinely wanted to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The hotel is clean and well kept. The beds and linens were comfy and the pool area was great. There was major road construction in the area, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. My whole family loved this hotel.'

'I would have given 5 stars, except the room had not been stocked with clean towels, soap or shampoo. Had to go back to the desk for those items. Also, there was no ice, just melted water! Although it was very nice to come to a motel that was not run by a foreigner!! The room was clean and spacious, the bed was great! '

'I just needed a clean place for my kids and I to stay for a night and this Motel 6 delivered! It’s an older building that’s been renovated and it’s right off the highway. I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the lobby. We’ve done a lot of traveling this last year and this was definitely the cleanest place we’ve stayed!'

This is a relatively new family-owned establishment and the owner met me there to ensure my check in went smoothly and provided excellent service and some extra in-room snacks. The personal service was appreciated and the room was comfy and cozy. I’m looking forward to a intentional planned trip in the future!'
