'I love the fact it’s pet friendly, my kids loved the breakfast. I recommend the Hotels works on proving enough towels and toilet paper in each room. When we asked for additional towels the Receptionist said we had to wait for the morning. She was not apologetic at all. It was four of us with only one set of towels for all of us. Not a good way to spend the night after a beach day. Another situation we ran out of toilet paper in the middle of the night. '

'1. The closet door seems missing. I expect a dressing mirror should be on the door, but the door is not there. maybe it is removed on purpose 2. The Men's room in the lobby was dirty, clogged toilet. Appear that someone made the mass there Otherwise, it was good. I really like the spacious room in Comfort Suite. I have booked Comfort Suite everywhere I go, if I can find.'

'Check in with Kendall was effortless. He is an outstanding employee, super helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My friends and I had an excellent stay to attend our 55th class reunion. Definitely will be back to Marriott Courtyard for our 60th or maybe sooner! Thank you to Kendall and all the super staff. '

'Our stay was clean and the beds were comfortable. Felt safe with many other families staying in the hotel. Parking was great. The only issue was not enough luggage carts. The front desk only has 2 and definitely needs more for the amount of people needing them. Free breakfast was great. The coffee was consistently out, but the lady trying to keep up with everything was very friendly and tried to get more out as soon as possible. Overall, it was a great day and would recommend over other hotels...

'Great experience: our room was ready early and was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable, we loved the balcony. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We found the menu at Planks disappointing but what we eventually ordered was delicious. The best amenity is the free shuttle service to downtown St. Joe and excellent drivers, Dave and Tom.'

'The stay was great. We had an issue with the a/c not working in our room. The front desk attendant that afternoon was very helpful and friendly. She came up to our room till see if she could fix it, but was not able to. She got us into another room. She always asked to see if our room was okay where we left the hotel for dinner. She was always friendly and had a smile on her face! Would definitely stay here again!'

'Central and within walking distance of everything! Breakfast at the Bistro was excellent; servers were very attentive and friendly. The Inn staff were knowledgeable of the downtown area and were cheerful. My granddaughter especially liked the "free" cookies, prepared and ready at 2:30 pm every day. In the early evening, you can walk a short distance to the park and watch the beautiful sunsets, and hear Taps being played. We loved it and will return!'

'A very clean basic motel that suited us perfectly on a last minute holiday weekend. We traveled with our dog and were pleased to find a booking that would allow her at the last minute. A close drive to everything South Haven, and very neat and clean. Check in was easy, and while we didn't make it in for continental breakfast, coffee and other beverages seemed to be available all day in the office. We didn't use the laundry facilities, but appreciated that they were available had we stayed...
